You’ll receive 3 dr visits between 26 weeks-34 
Preparing your mind, body and soul for birth class (2hour session) 
24 hour phone or text availability (except on Saturdays, unless emergency)
Sdps birth box
Birthing Plan (hospital, water, home)
Yoga and meditation with Me (3 sessions 1hour each)
Wombcare class and affirmations workshop
If home water birth I provide the pool if needed
(Payment plants are accepted) This price doesn’t include out of town travel fee.
