You’ll receive 3 dr visits between 26 weeks-34 
Preparing your mind, body and soul for birth class (2hour session) 
24 hour phone or text availability (except on Saturdays, unless emergency)
Sdps birth box
Birthing Plan (hospital, water, home)
Yoga and meditation with Me (3 sessions 1hour each)
Wombcare class and affirmations workshop
12days of  household needs, errands and exc after baby is born.  (1 hour , light cleaning or time with baby while parents sleeping or help with other children. Off on Saturday and Sunday) This price doesn’t include travel out of state
